10. Records retention



Your personal data is not kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. This means that data and records are destroyed or erased from our systems when no longer required. Petla Tech takes reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss and unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. We aim to protect your personal data but unfortunately the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data and any transmission of your data to Petla Tech is at your own risk.



In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
